2024 Year end Income and ExpensesAnnual Report 2024 AGMWe are holding our District AGM on Sunday 29th September at 4th Sevenoaks HQ, Mill Lane Sevenoaks, TN14 5BU
Gates open from 4pm and AGM from 4.30pm followed by refreshments
If enough people are interested, various skills sessions will be arranged
If you are coming along you please RSVP here and also say if you would like food from the BBQ. Please also let us know if you are interested in a Trustee role for Sevenoaks Scouts. Details of how Trustee Boards support Scouts can be found here
Parking - VIPs and anybody with mobility issues are welcome to park at Mill Lane within the Scout HQ grounds. Parking is available at Greatness at the top of Mill Lane for all other attendees.
Documents for the meeting will be added once available and are also available in the All Adults Shared Drive
